The third of the Welsh 3 peaks. It was late when I started so I had my head torch on pretty much all the way. I couldn't risk injury so again more of a fast walk than a run, though the last couple of miles are very smooth so I ran those back to the car. No rain this time, but in cloud for the upper half. Route finding was mostly ok, but over the bare rock sections it was very easy to go wrong so I had to back track sometimes.

Didn't see a single other person at all. It was windy and cold on the summit (which I had a little trouble finding in the cloud!). I went up the pyg and down the miners track.
